By accessing or using Wanigraf ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wanigraf is an AI-powered chart generation tool that allows users to create, customize, and share data visualizations through natural language conversation. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process data you do not have the right to use
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI capabilities
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any data you upload or charts you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Wanigraf platform, codebase, and AI models.

7. AI-Generated Content

Charts and content generated by AI are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of any charts before using them in critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanigraf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
