1. Who We Are

Wanigraf ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered chart generation service. Contact us at hello@wanigraf.com for any privacy-related inquiries.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data: Email address and authentication token (via Supabase Auth)
  • Usage data: Charts you create, conversations with the AI, and chart configurations
  • Payment data: Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
  • Analytics data: Page views, clicks, session recordings, and heatmaps collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (with your consent)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and referrer URL

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the Wanigraf service
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To improve the product based on usage patterns and UX analysis
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, billing)
  • To enforce our Terms of Service

4. Analytics and UX Tools

With your consent, we use the following third-party analytics tool:

  • Microsoft Clarity — records user sessions, heatmaps, and click maps to help us understand how users interact with the product. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and refreshing the page, or by declining in the cookie banner.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Supabase is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — database and authentication provider
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OpenRouter / AI providers — to process your AI chart generation requests (prompts and data you provide)
  • Google / Microsoft — analytics (with your consent)

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and chart data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data. Analytics data is retained according to the respective provider's policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
